Kimone Love, Owner of Kimone Consulting, holds the Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS) Professional Designation from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). With over 20 Years of Comprehensive Experience, Kimone's Background Spans Various Stages of a Real Estate Professional's Career: Commercial Appraisal, Construction and Development Administration, Property Management, a Leadership Role in Property Tax Valuations, Appraisal Education, Real Estate Education, and Residential Sales.
Kimone Love is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, an Approved Instructor for Educational Courses with the Texas Comptroller PTAD Division and a Licensed Education Provider with both the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.
